Who we are
This website is run by Tech Consulting Maastricht ("TCM", "we"), a student-led tech consultancy at Maastricht University. If you have any questions about this notice or your data, email us at [email protected].
What we collect
We only collect personal data that you give us yourself:
- Project enquiries. When you use the form on our For clients page, we receive your name, email address, organisation and message.
- Emails. When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- Applications. When you apply to join TCM, we receive the details you provide in your application.
Why we use it
We use your data only to respond to your enquiry or application and to follow up on it. Our legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to messages sent to us. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who processes it
- Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms.
- Our email is hosted by Google Workspace.
- This website is hosted by Cloudflare.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use tracking cookies. Fonts are served from our own website, so no data is sent to font providers when you visit.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and applications for as long as needed to handle them, and delete them within 12 months after our last contact unless we are working together. All your information is private, protected and won't be shared with any third parties.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
